On the 20th of January 2003 the UAE Minister of Education and Youth, H.E. Dr. Ali Abdul Aziz Al-Sharhan launched the First International Educational Exhibition in Knowledge Village, Dubai.

The SVU installed for that occasion a large booth with a Telecenter replica where visitors were welcomed for five consecutive days during the time of the exhibition.

Dr Milad Sebaaly, SVU provost greeted H.E. Dr Sharhan on the opening day and exposed to him the Syrian Virtual University and its services and programs, as well as its added value to the region.

The students residing in the Gulf now have the opportunity to study and meet in the SVU Telecenter located in Knowledge Village – TECOM in Dubai.

On-site technical support is available and students may contact the office for help by phone, fax, or even online.

Admissions and registration support are now offered on location as well, and virtually, by a team of dedicated professionals always available to guide and assist students and visitors.
