Sports Activities:
- It's summer time!
Students thought about a swimming competition on Thursday the 20th of June at 1:00pm in Youth club,
it's the first competition of the season in the fresh air pool for the SVU students in an amazing and exceptional atmosphere!!!
The winners in the swimming competition are:
Mr. Ahamad Kheir Beik : 50 Meters Free – Stroke
Mr. Taher Kabbani : 50 Meters Brest – Stroke
Mr. Sakker Ahmad : 25 Meters Free – Stroke
Mr. Hussam Khadour : 25 Meters Brest – Stroke
The Winners in Back to Back Race are:

- What about a football game at the end of a long winter?
The University did not hesitate to fix a date on the 1st of March 2004 for a Game between the SVU Students and the Tutors.
At 7:00 PM the supporters were there to cheer the players up! It had been a long time since we had made such an effort…but after all the match ended with a draw game.

- As we are always accustomed, the SVU never forgets the students' activities… That's why we planned on fixing a date for the BIG GAME!
The game is set on the 6th of October 2003 at 7:00 pm at Madinet Al Shabab in Damascus!
Fortunately, all the players were ready to win. But this time, the Administration team won after much exertion!

On the 10th of September 2003, the Student Services Department organized a football Match between the Administration team and the SVU students' team at Madinet Al Shabab (Damascus) at 6:00 pm.
And guess who the winner was? It was the Student team!!!
At the end of the match, no one left the playground before setting the next football match date.

- Fortunately, the representatives of the classes and the Students' Services Department have organized a Basketball Game between the SVU Students and the Administration on the 10th of June 2003 at 6:00pm at Al Jalaa.
It was an AMAZING day for both teams!!!
This time, the victory went to the administration team whereas the students were exhausted!!!
