The student is allowed to apply to the program's acceptance test if the following conditions are met:

1-The student must have a bachelor degree with an acceptable graduation rate at least, from a public or private university recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, or universities accepted by the Council of Scientific Affairs, and approved by the Council of the University, in one of the following specialties: Engineering with all its specialties – Science Informatic – Science / Mathematics ( Applied Mathematics and Informatics) – Information Technology – Information Technology / BIT:SVU – Applied Faculty – Diploma of Engineering Higher Institute for Applied Sciences and Technology ( Information Engineering – Communication Engineering – Information Systems ) – Computer Science – Information Systems – Information Technology Management ( HIBA-MIS ) – Bachelor od Informatics UOG – Arab Academy for Science, Technology , and Maritime Transport ( Bachelor ).
